NEA Cymru Fuel Poverty Conference
The NEA Cymru annual conference, New Solutions for Pressing Targets', will bring together around 100 professionals from a range of backgrounds to share knowledge and learn from others what can be done to bring the failing fuel poverty targets back on track.
The conference will take place on 27th January 10.00am - 4.15pm in the SWALEC Stadium, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff.

- Jenny Saunders, Chief Executive, NEA
- Nuria Zolle, Director NEA Cymru
- Cllr. Gill Ford, Newport council
- Roy Roberts, Chair of Wales Fuel Poverty Advisory Group
- Mick Bates AM
- Representatives of the Wales and UK governments
Workshops will focus on the fuel poverty targets, looking at:
- the impact of fuel poverty on people with disability or chronic illness
- the poverty premium and vulnerable groups
- Building coordination across the Welsh public services - only 2 years to eradicate fuel poverty amongst the social sector
- Preventing fuel debt and disconnection
